Dr. Muhammad Abrar Ismail, M.Kes, SpM(K), is a consultant in the field of Cornea, Cataract and Refractive Surgery and a member of the Indonesian Eye Specialist Association (PERDAMI). Listed as permanent teaching staff at Hasanuddin University since 2010 and since 2023 he has been listed as head of the Department of Ophthalmology, FK Unhas. Apart from being active in teaching, lectures and scientific activities, he is also active in research and community service in South Sulawesi and organizes many mass cataract surgery activities and eye health service activities. Apart from that, Dr. Abrar is also active as a member of the Indonesian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (INASCRS), the Indonesian Collegium of Eye Health Sciences (KIKMI) Perdami South Sulawesi branch, the Management of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Makassar City
