Dr. Ardy Gisnawan, M.Kes(MARS), Sp.M, is an ophthalmologist dedicated to delivering eye care that meets global standards. Since joining JEC Eye Hospitals and Clinics in 2023, he has brought extensive expertise and a strong clinical focus to the management of cataracts, refractive surgery, and corneal disorders.

In cataract care, Dr. Ardy has extensive experience performing surgery using modern phacoemulsification techniques. He is also proficient in advanced FLACS (Femtosecond Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery) technology. This laser-based approach enables highly precise surgery with an excellent safety profile and a high rate of successful visual outcomes for patients.

As a specialist in refractive surgery, Dr. Ardy is highly skilled in performing a range of Laser Vision Correction (LVC) procedures. Advanced treatments such as LASIK, SMILE Pro, and PRESBYOND are performed with precision to correct refractive errors, including nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. These procedures aim to restore patients’ best possible vision and help them achieve independence from glasses or contact lenses.

His clinical expertise also encompasses the management of corneal disorders. Dr. Ardy is fully qualified to diagnose and manage a wide range of complex corneal diseases, including performing corneal transplantation surgery.

With a master’s degree in Hospital Administration (MARS), Dr. Ardy combines clinical excellence with a comprehensive understanding of patient safety and quality-of-care standards.
