About

Testiana Galuh, MD, is a full time ophthalmologist at JEC-Java @Surabaya. She completed her medical degree at Airlangga University-RSUD dr. Soetomo, one of the leading universities in Indonesia. Then continued her education in Ophthalmologist residency at Airlangga University-RSUD dr. Soetomo. Following her interest, next she continued in fellowship program in Infection and immunology service in JEC Eye Hospitals.

Her medical areas of practice include general ophthalmology, such as cataract, refractive disorder; and also ocular infection and immunology, uveitis, dry eyes and ocular surface disordwe. Uveitis, inflammation and infection, is a ocular disorder threatens visual prognosis, that frequently requires multidisiplinary approach between internist, rheumatologist, and paediatrician. Her everyday clinical practices are comprehensive ophthalmology examination, cataract surgery, infection and immunology work-ups, and ocular surface and dry eyes disorder. She always do her utmost to understand her patients’ symptoms, and to provide information so that her patients understand their disease.
