Trilaksana Nugroho, MD is an ophthalmologist at Candi Eye Center / JEC Eye Hospital. He graduated and received her medical doctor degree from Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University in 1996. He finished Master of Biomedicine at the same university in 2003 and continued his study at Ophthalmology Specialist Program, Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University, and finished at 2008. He worked as a lecturer in Ophthalmology Department of Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University since 2008 until now. He took a Doctoral Program, Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University, and finished at 2016.

According to his passion towards traumatology and reconstruction – oncology – oculoplastic, he took fellowship in this field at Padjadjaran University / Cicendo Eye Hospital, and short course at INASOPRS program. He also participates in courses and seminars focusing on reconstruction – oncology – oculoplastic. He also has passion at community eye health (community ophthalmology) and participates actively in national and regional-government and non-government eye health program.

As a professionals and lecturer, dr. Trilaksana believes that clinical practice must be based on scientific evidence that can be reached by good knowledge, skills, and research. He has great passion and interest towards ophthalmological research. She presented several case reports, review and poster in both national and international symposiums.

His areas of practice including general ophthalmology, cataract surgery, traumatology, reconstruction-oncology-oculoplasty, and infection and immunology. Dr. Trilaksana encourages that cases of trauma and tumor should be well managed so that the patient quality of life can be better.
